How to Earn & Redeem Points
Status Points: are credited for each eligible transaction and cannot be redeemed. Status Points reflect the Tier category of the Member. If your booking is direct with the hotel, the number of accommodation points to be earned depends on the amount paid for your room and your board.
White Tier: it is issued upon registration.
Silver Tier: it is issued when the Member has collected 45.000 points or 30 room nights and is valid until the Member reaches the Gold Status.
Gold Tier: this tier is issued when the Member has collected 75.000 points or 50 nights and is valid for life.
Award Points: are credited for each eligible transaction by the Member and can be redeemed, as per the below redemption scheme.
Redemption Vouchers (including food, drinks, spa, and more): to utilize these vouchers, members are required to complete and sign a Redemption Application Form. The validity of all Redemption Vouchers extends from the issuance date until the conclusion of the current season.
Importantly, if a voucher expires, it will not be reissued, and Program Points will not be reinstated in a member’s account.
Free Stays: members can access this benefit by signing in to the Program’s website and selecting their preferred option. It’s important to note that standard hotel cancellation policies, which encompass criteria such as minimum length of stay requirements, charges for late cancellations, no-shows, and early checkouts, will apply to Loyalty reservations.
For instance, in the case of a no-show, the penalty will be equivalent to 100% of the points required for the full stay, while non-emergency early departures will result in a charge of 100% of the remaining stay points.
